THE SECRET CIRCLE

The Secret Circle story follows Cassie Blake, a normal teenager-until her mother dies, in what appears to be in , a tragic fire.Orphaned teenager Cassie moves in with her warm and welcoming grandmother Jane in the small town of Chance Harbour- the town that Cassie's late mother left years ago-however the residents of this small town seem to know much more about Cassie than she knows about herself.
Cassie  meets her new high school classmates and soon after that,strange things start to happen.
When her new friends explain to her what they really are-descended from powerful witches-they spring on her that they were waiting for her to join them and complete a new generation of the secret circle,Cassie immediately refuses to believe them-until charming Adam helps her to unlock her hidden talents that she herself never knew what she was capable of.
Cassie soon after discovers a message from her mother in an old leather book of spells. But what Cassie and her friends don't know yet that darker powers are very well ready to play and it's said to be that it may well be linked to the adults in the town but here comes the shocking part, it seems that Cassie's mother's death may have not been a tragic accident after all.
