It is quite a well known fact that the CW has been the creators of many Saga's adapted into Television Series and one Hit Series would be the Vampire Diaries by L.J.Smith however now it has dawned upon us that The CW is going Full Steam Ahead with another Saga Adapted from L.J.Smith books title, The Secret Circle,Starring Britt Robertson as the character Cassie,who represents a battle between Good And Evil and holds the key to this as an orphaned teenage girl.
The reason this series is being hounded by the news as it is being adapted from the Vampire Diaries writer l.J.Smith and we all know how well famous The Vampire Diaries is and now e have the next saga of books which is the Stories based in the times of witches ruling the land referred to as The Secret Circle.
Another reason well known to the public is that The Sarah Connor Chronicals star Thomas Dekker plays the lead male in this Series.
Kevin Williams,known for creating Fantastic teen thrilling series will be the executive producer and I'm sure all of us are well familiar with Dawson's Creek, infact it was Ian Somerhalder who even acted a small role in the television series in his early years of acting.
On the panel of the Secret Circle this was what was Stated,
“What I love so much about L. J. Smith’s world is that she taps into the stuff that I love,” said Williamson, during the TCA panel for The Secret Circle. “She taps into my happy place, which is sort of, you know, a lot of the growing up, the coming of age, the teen angst. The betrayal, the deceit, the friendship, the loyalty, the love, the murder, the mayhem… all of that stuff is my happy place. But then she mixes it with the genre which I love, and she spins it all around. One of the challenges is adapting that to a series, because in the books, she really delves into the history and the past and the future and all these different areas.
